Look around before making an account
Explore the fictional-data walkthrough and read the beta details. You can ask questions without uploading license documents or information about children.
Ask about fit and participation terms
Beta pricing and participation dates have not been published. Ask us for the current terms before joining. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you or commit you to payment.
Before joining, discuss the tools currently available, the time commitment, how to report problems, whether sample data can be used, and what happens to records if beta data is reset. Ask about export and retention rather than assuming records will be permanent.
Prepare for registration only when you’re ready
Full provider registration has five stages: owner account, provider and site, rates, identity verification, and review. Have your license number, program address, county, starting rates, and government ID available.
Government ID images are required for final registration, not for an inquiry. They are used for provider verification. Passwords and identity images are not included in saved drafts. Submitted registrations are reviewed before portal access is activated.

Keep your existing official records
KinderNest is still in development and early testing. Features and data structures can change, and beta data may need to be cleared, migrated, or rebuilt. Continue using your current official recordkeeping method.
Try an agreed workflow and share what happens
Start with a small task, such as reviewing attendance or recording a care note. Tell us what worked, where you hesitated, and what you expected to happen. Signed-in testers can use the beta feedback tool; you can also contact Wayne directly. Keep children’s private information out of ordinary email.
