From the first hello
to the last pickup.
A fictional day at Maple House shows the everyday information KinderNest is being built to bring together.
This is an illustrative walkthrough, not a signed-in account or a promise that every workflow is ready. Names and records are fictional. Nothing you see here changes a child’s record.

Sam’s rest time
Settled in for a nap after our story.
An illustration of everyday records. Beta screens may differ. No records are saved or sent from this preview.
Morning arrivals
Attendance records bring arrival and departure details together. In this example, three children have arrived and one is still expected.
When testing, check that corrections are clear and that the day’s records match what actually happened.
The little details of care
Care journal entries can describe meals, bottles, rest, activities, incidents, and other care details. The sample day includes Noor’s breakfast and Sam’s rest time.
Before relying on a workflow, agree which entries and reports you will evaluate during the beta.
Family communication and pickup
Parent and guardian access is intended to relate to their own children. An authorized pickup contact is a separate role and does not automatically receive access to private family records.
Discuss which family-facing tools are ready to test before inviting anyone to a beta account.
